Some time ago the Centre received a beautiful leather-bound large-format book as a donation from Myrna Mather...

The book was developed into a "remembrance scrapbook" for mothers from the County and beyond...

The book usually resides at Picton County Library, and occasionally tours to County libraries so that those who wish to make up a page of photographs, poems , etc., in memory of their mothers can do so - help with the weaving of the story is given by various volunteers.

Ruth Forget and Kathleen Foster-Morgan explore scrapbooking and memories of loved ones. Sometimes, that photo box never gets opened!

The concept is to creatively explore grief and to design a keepsake. We will help you reframe the past…& celebrate those you loved…
