If any of the following situations apply to yourself, or someone that you know, the Centre can help, either through available programs, counseling or through referrals. - You're a child or adult whose brother, sister or other family member or relative is critically ill
- You're a child whose parents are separated or divorced
- You're a child or teenager who is being bullied at school
- You're a child or adult whose brother, sister, parent or other family member has died
- You're a child or adult that has experienced physical, verbal or sexual abuse from anyone, in any form, at any time
- You're a child or adult whose pet has died or disappeared
